Victor is a 22 year veteran of the U.S. Army with his first assignment here at Fort Hood. His last duty assignment brought him back to Fort Hood and the Central Texas community where he is now retired and is still serving the needs of the Fort Hood community. The military enriched his life in ways that you will witness and experience as he serves the community as a realtor. You will also witness the same zeal and professionalism of character and integrity that he exemplified while serving as a soldier.
Victor has been a part of the Fort Hood community for many years and a longtime member of the Association of the United States Army and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He enjoys volunteer services within the community and especially community activities supporting soldiers and their families. Victor has a B.S. in Information Systems Management and a Masters in Computer Information Systems.
